A user account is required to access portions of the Web site and those areas may be accessed and used only by those authorized individuals who are registered with Loadtester Incorporated. In registering for the Web site, Loadtester Incorporated collects information about you and your organization. In addition to information collected at registration, information may also be collected when expressly given to Loadtester Incorporated by users in the form of e-mails and similar devices. During registration, Loadtester Incorporated asks for your name, company name, e-mail address, mailing address, etc. This information is necessary to verify your identity prior to allowing you to become a user of the Web site. In addition to registration, we may ask you for personal information at other times, including (but not limited to) when you submit a listing for a web site, and when you report a problem with one of our sites or web sites. If you contact Loadtester Incorporated, we may keep a record of that correspondence. Loadtester Incorporated also occasionally asks users to complete surveys that we use for research purposes. When you register, you will be required to choose a personal, non-transferable password. User accounts cannot be "shared" or used by more than one individual. You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and ensuring that you otherwise prevent unauthorized access to your account.

Loadtester Incorporated does research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior based on the information provided to us upon registration, during a promotion, from our server log files, or from surveys. This research is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. Loadtester Incorporated may share this aggregated data, but not data by personally identifiable information, with advertisers or business partners. Loadtester Incorporated may also disclose information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the Loadtester Incorporated Terms of Use or may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with Loadtester Incorporated rights or property, other Loadtester Incorporated users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
